How do I download and/or use Adobe Reader?

If you need Adobe Reader (or if you need to upgrade it), you can download the FREE Adobe Reader software/upgrade by going to:

There you can get the latest version of Adobe Reader absolutely FREE!

Adobe Reader comes with an extensive "Help" file. If you have questions about how to operate the program, simply open the Adobe Reader program, click "Help", and make the appropriate selection.

How do I open the compressed (zipped) folder?

Almost all computers nowadays can easily open compressed (zipped) folders.

To open the compressed (zipped) folder, simply click or double-click, depending on how your computer is set up, on the folder's icon. If any additional steps are required to open the folder, your computer should notify you of such.

Should, on the off chance, you need a special utility to open it, you can get one for FREE at:

http://www.7-zip.org

Note: This article only applies to those ebooks/ebook packages packaged in compressed (zipped) folders.

To open the ebook...

Simply click or double-click, depending on how your computer is set up, on the ebook file and it should open in Adobe Reader.

If it does *not* open automatically in Adobe Reader - then open Adobe Reader by clicking "Start" > "Programs" > "Adobe Reader".

Once you open the Adobe Reader program click "File" > "Open" > then (if you saved the ebook file to your desktop) go to your desktop (or whatever folder you saved it in) and open the ebook file.

This should open the ebook in Adobe Reader.

How do I print the ebook?

To print the ebook:

First...

Open it in Adobe Reader.

Then...

Click "File" > "Print" > "OK".

I can't print the ebook, it stops printing at a certain page, and/or it's printi...

If you can't print the ebook, it stops printing at a certain page, and/or if your printer is printing garbled nonsense, it's most likely your computer and/or printer acting up rather than the ebook file. Many computers/printers have a hard time printing a large number of pages at one time.

Here's what you should do if you're having trouble printing the ebook:

First...

Restart your computer and your printer.

Then...

Print the ebook 20 or 30 pages at a time.

Here's how:

1. When you have the ebook open in Adobe Reader go to "File".

2. Click "Print".

3. Down in the middle under where it says "Print Range" select and fill in "Pages from:" with the page numbers of the ebook you want to print (for example 1-20, 21-40, etc.).

4. Click "OK".

I didn't finish downloading the ebook and/or the bonuses. How do I get back to t...

Within a minute or two after your purchase, you should have received an email from us that contains the link to the download page (check whatever folder your email program directs suspected spam to if you don't see it in your inbox).

When you originally downloaded the ebook file(s) you should have saved the ebook file(s) to your "desktop".

If you didn't, and if you can't find it/them, the easiest thing to do is a search for it/them.

Click the Windows "Start" button.

Where it says "Start Search" type in the file name of the ebook.

Click or double-click, depending you your computer is set up, the file in the search results and the file should open in Adobe Reader.

If it doesn't open automatically - make a note of where the file is located - then follow the instructions in "How do I open the ebook?":

I'm having trouble downloading the ebook. What do I do?

First...

Don't panic!!

If you're having trouble downloading the ebook, chances are good it's because of one of the following two reasons:

1. You're "left mouse clicking" instead of "right mouse clicking" or "right mouse clicking" instead of "left mouse clicking" on the download link. See the instructions on the download page for which you should do.

Once the download has finished, simply go to your desktop or the folder where you saved it. Click or double-click, depending on how your computer is set up, the ebook icon to open your new ebook and start reading...

The ebook will *not* open automatically after downloading it.

2. You *did* successfully download the ebook, but now you can't find it on your computer.

The easiest thing to do is to just download it again, only this time save the ebook to your "desktop". It's the easiest place to find it again.

Once the download has finished, simply go to your desktop and click or double-click, depending on how your computer is set up, the eook icon to open your new ebook and start reading...

The ebook will *not* open automatically after downloading it.

If you click the "web" links in the ebook (the blue underlined links) and they don't take you to a web page - make sure your computer is *online and connected to the Internet*.

What will my charge say?

Your account/statement will either show a charge from "ClickBank" or "CLKBANK*COM" or from "Like New Books" or "PAYPAL*LIKENEWBOOK" for your purchase, depending on the ebook/ebook package.

It will *NOT* say the title of the ebook/ebook package you purchased, or the domain name of the website you purchased it from, so please make a mental note of this so when checking your account and/or when your statement arrives you won't have a question.

When I open the ebook, I'm getting blank pages and/or error messages. What do I ...

If, when you open the ebook, you're getting blank pages and/or error messages, you need to upgrade to a newer version of Adobe Reader.

You can upgrade to a newer version of Adobe Acrobat Reader/Adobe Reader FREE by going to:

If you're still having trouble after you upgrade your current version of Adobe Reader, you may need to completely remove/uninstall Adobe Reader from your computer, then restart your computer, download the new version from the link above, and re-install it.

When you "right mouse click" on the ebook download link and the "save target as..." option on the menu that opens up is "greyed out" (shaded in grey), chances are you're using Microsoft Internet Explorer and you have Content Advisor enabled.

In order to download the ebook, you must disable Content Advisor by following these steps in Internet Explorer:

1. In Internet Explorer 4, on the View menu, click Internet Options. In Internet Explorer 5 and above, on the Tools menu, click Internet Options.

2. Click the Content tab.

3. Under Content Advisor, click Disable.

4. In the Password box, type the supervisor password, and then click OK.

5. When you receive the following prompt, click OK: Content Advisor has been turned off. Make sure you turn it on again before you allow someone else to use your computer.

After following the steps listed above, you should be able to download the ebook following the simple instructions on the download page.

However...

If, after following the steps listed above, when you "right mouse click" on the ebook download link, the "save target as..." option on the menu that opens up is still "greyed out" (shaded in grey), it may be because you're behind a firewall that's preventing you from downloading. You may need to change a setting or temporarily disable your firewall to download the ebook. For more information, please refer to your firewall's help files.

After following the above instructions, if you still can't download the ebook, submit a ticket and we'll help you. If necessary, we'll send you the ebook by email.

If you receive an error message when you try to open the ebook, either you don't have Adobe Reader installed on your computer or you need to upgrade to a newer version of Adobe Reader.
