If you have a question that's not answered in our knowledgebase (see link and search box above), submit a ticket (see link above) and we'll do our best to answer it for you.

As a rule, unless otherwise noted below, we check for and reply to open tickets once each business day.

Therefore, you can usually expect a reply to your ticket by the end of the next business day.

Business days are Monday - Friday, excluding United States holidays.
