I ordered the "Jesus: The Man and His Work" ebook, my PayPal account was charged, but I didn't get the download link. What do I do?

If you paid for your purchase by echeck, you won't receive the download link until your payment "clears", which according to PayPal usually takes about 3-5 business days (business days are Monday - Friday, excluding holidays), at which time you should receive an email from us with the download link automatically. If by the sixth business day after your purchase you still haven't received your download link by email, please submit a ticket and we'll check into it for you. If you *didn't* pay for your purchase by echeck, please submit a ticket and we'll take care of you. Either way... Please include your name, the email address you used to purchase the ebook, the title of the ebook you purchased, and, if at all possible, the PayPal transaction number for your purchase (or simply copy and paste a copy of your PayPal receipt) in your support request. We'll reply as quickly as possible (usually by the next business day). | |
